What We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and sign-in method (Google, Apple, or email) when you create an account.
App usage data: your favorite teams/conferences, TV channels, device count, and game picks — stored so they sync across your devices.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is processed by Stripe via WooCommerce — we do not store your full card number ourselves.
Website usage: standard analytics (pages visited, general location by IP) via Google Analytics.
How We Use It
- To provide the app’s core features (your favorites, picks, and sync across devices)
- To send transactional emails (welcome, renewal reminders, upgrade confirmations) via MailPoet
- To process subscription payments and renewals via WooCommerce Subscriptions
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services We Use
- Supabase/Firebase — account authentication and data sync
- WooCommerce/Stripe — subscription billing
- MailPoet — email delivery
- CollegeFootballData (CFBD) API — game/schedule data (this is one-directional; we pull data from CFBD, we don’t send them your information)
Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and associated data, or update your information at any time by contacting us at hello@thesaturdayslate.com.
Children’s Privacy
The Saturday Slate is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We’ll update the “last updated” date above if this policy changes, and note significant changes via email if you’re subscribed.
