Using the App and Site
By creating an account or using The Saturday Slate app or website, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to subscribe to a paid tier.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account may be used across your own devices, scaled to your subscription tier’s device/pick limits.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Free tier: no cost, no payment method required, limited to 2 favorite teams/conferences, 3 TV channels, and 1 curated pick per timeslot.
- App-Only ($24.99/year): unlimited favorites, channels, and picks-per-timeslot (scaled to your device count). Billed annually, synced to renew each August.
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year on your renewal date unless canceled beforehand. You’ll receive a renewal reminder email in advance. You can cancel any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don’t provide prorated refunds for early cancellation, [adjust based on your actual refund policy].
Acceptable Use
Don’t use the app or site to violate any law, attempt to access other users’ accounts, or interfere with the app’s normal operation.
Content
Recipes, gear/decor picks, and similar Playbook content that link to third-party creators belong to those creators — we’re linking out, not claiming their work as ours. Team names referenced in the app belong to their respective institutions; we do not use official team logos.
Disclaimers
Game data (schedules, scores, lines, weather) is sourced from CollegeFootballData and provided as-is — we don’t guarantee its accuracy or availability. The Saturday Slate is not affiliated with the NCAA, any conference, or any team.
Changes to These Terms
We’ll update the “last updated” date above if these terms change, and note significant changes via email if you’re subscribed.
